I did end up going the three speed route. Finally got it together and am trying out the S-A 3 speed.

I did end up going the three speed route. Finally got it together and am trying out the S-A 3 speed.

Cool! Please report back on how you like it. If you're going to have gears, at least you don't have to deal with a derailleur and cables!!
