Short Ride

It has been soooo long since I got out on a bicycle ride. I've been feel my already poor fitness levels getting worse. Fortunately I was able to get out Sunday for a short bit. Thank God for low gears.

Trailwork up in the Frederick Watershed yesterday had 40+ people in support of MORE and PATC dedicating a new section of the Catoctin Blue Trail, and closing down an old, highly eroded section. There was also an announcement of a $30,000 grant for trail development. Wow! Good Job trail guys.
